DRM AIRTIME
HOW ?

HOW DOES THE DRM AIRTIME SERVICE WORK?

  • Your radio program can either be live or prerecorded.

  • In case of a prerecorded radio program, it can be recorded on a Compact Cassette tape (CC), Compact Disc (CD), Digital Audio Tape (DAT) or Mini-Disc (MD) or it can be saved as an audio file. The recording can then be send to our master control center by ordinary mail or in case of an audio file over the internet.

  • For a live broadcast, the program can be sent to our master control center by telephone, ISDN, satellite or live streaming audio through the internet.

  • Samples of prerecorded and streaming audio files using different systems like Real Audio (.ra or .rm), Windows Media (.asf or .wma), Winamp (.mp3) and QuickTime (.mov and .mp4) and using different audio qualities (bit rates) can be found at the Audio Files page.
